This competition will test the editing, videography, directing and acting skills of the participants.

Format and rules:

The competition will have two categories (Junior: 6th-8th and Senior: 9th-12th). The rules are the same for both categories.

There will be two rounds:

• Round 1 (Online):

  • The topic for each category will be announced on the Discord server on Saturday, 26th September.

  • Participants will have to make a 90-180 second advertisement on the topic and submit the same as a .mp4 file on Google Forms, the link of which will be shared on the Discord server.

  • The deadline for submission for the online round is 11:59 P.M. on Sunday, 4th October.

• Round 2 (Offline):

  • The shortlisted teams from the online round will be invited for the final round which will be conducted on the school premises. On arrival, each team will be provided with a random object, for example, a clock.

  • Teams must create an advertisement video for the assigned object with a minimum duration of 90 seconds.

  • Filming is permitted only within a designated area on the school premises which is the same for all teams.

  • Participants may not roam outside the assigned area at any point during the event.

  • Teams will be given a fixed total time to complete both filming and editing.

  • Editing and exporting of the final video must be done in the given room.

  • The final submission must be provided as a .mp4 file.

  • The offline round will be held on Saturday, 10th October.

• Only English and Hindi are allowed. No other language will be accepted.

• The use of artificial intelligence is prohibited.
